Complaint & Reporting Policy
Unlockie is committed to maintaining a safe and legal platform. This page outlines how users and visitors can report content that violates our rules or applicable laws, and how we handle such reports.
1. How to Report Content
Anyone can report content that appears to be:
- Illegal
- Non-consensual
- Involving minors
- In violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent or abusive
To report content, please use our built-in report buttons available on:
- Campaign pages
- Posts
- Direct messages
- User profiles

2. Complaint Process
- We review all complaints within 7 business days.
- Each report is reviewed by our moderation team to determine whether content should be:
- Left unchanged
- Temporarily hidden during investigation
- Removed permanently
- Escalated to legal authorities (if required)
- We may request further information to verify the complaint.
3. Immediate Removal of Illegal Content
Any content that is confirmed to be illegal — such as CSAM (child sexual abuse material), non-consensual content, bestiality, or other unlawful content — will be removed immediately.
We also permanently ban any user involved and notify appropriate legal authorities.
4. Fraud and Abuse
If content or campaigns are reported for fraud or abuse (e.g. misleading fundraising or scam behavior), we will:
- Suspend payouts
- Review content
- Contact involved users
- Ban users if fraud is confirmed
- Process refunds if required
5. False or Abusive Reports
Users who make repeated false reports or abuse the complaint system may have their accounts restricted or banned.
6. Appeals
If your content was removed or restricted and you believe it was a mistake, you can email us at contact@unlockie.com within 7 days of the decision.
